It all started when…

We work with select clientele to Sell, Buy, Rent, Develop and Invest in Exceptional Living Spaces throughout California and Worldwide.

We work in collaboration with our Broker Strand Hill | Christie’s International Real Estate in Manhattan Beach, California.

As Architects our focus is on Real Estate that is well Designed, Functional and Aesthetically pleasing to those who occupy the space.

We understand and appreciate that well Designed, Functional and Aesthetically pleasing means different things to different people. We believe a home is a collection of experiences, stories and memories. We believe that the story of your home is what makes it Cosy and that your story is the best place to start when Buying or Selling your home.
